The designers of this upmarket London nightspot requested a stunning, full colour artist's impression that would include giving the best possible representation of the interior from just one viewpoint. A little more than a quick marker pen job, then! The view from the main entrance set the scene, while detail in the background is always paramount in making a visual of this nature work. We'd love to show you the alternative drawings we produced for our client on this job but, unfortunately, space doesn't allow it. Who knows, maybe one day we'll write a book!
This full colour marker visual for a new eating and shopping concept in Dubai depicts traditional building styles with plenty of natural light and interesting finishes to create this exciting portrait image. It really succeeds in conveying the sheer scale of this newly developed brand currently being rolled out throughout the UAE. With so many subtle textures a CGI would have been too harsh - hence our decision to break out our trusty markers.
It's always important to match the style of the visual to the nature of the project and this job is a great example. With the lease available on a vacant building our client was looking to impress the landlord with their vision for the store. We produced this low-cost development sketch to portray this vision perfectly.
