The design for the brochure combined contemporary design with a flavour of the site's historic past, so a high quality compendium container was finished with a traditional wax seal. Inside we really wanted the pictures to tell the story. A preview flyer flushed out the serious buyers (no sense sending an expensive brochure to property voyeurs) and every interested party was invited to tour the property themselves.
