This regeneration of an old site was a huge challenge. How not to alienate existing guests yet understand the need for growth from new ones. This gastro hotel and pub concept has an irreverent yet ownable communication style that talks to the customer using warm inviting language and whitty copy. The premium offer was effortless and accessible. As this was a managed house it was essential that we had buy in from the central marketing team as well as the unit manager and staff. Ensuring they were on board was essential for any future brand promotion.
