The Swan
An independent pub operator who bought the pub in a state of disrepair. We were tasked with regenerating the entire concept. The 'Quintessential Country Inn' located in Hanley Swan, Worcestershire was transformed with everything from signage and interior schemes to communication and menus. We were responsible for giving the operation its identity through every touchpoint in the customer journey.
